See the road before you're on it
A live board built on Vancouver's and BC's public traffic cameras and road-event feeds — plus a preview of the fleet-analytics layer this is built to grow into.
Live cams
LiveEvery City of Vancouver intersection camera plus every DriveBC provincial highway camera, searchable, refreshed on a ~4-minute cadence.
Corridors
LiveCameras grouped by bridge/corridor with a sequenced live-image route preview and real DriveBC road-event alerts — Lions Gate, Port Mann, Alex Fraser, Pattullo, the Massey Tunnel, and more.
Analytics
Sample dataAnonymous vehicle-type and volume mix per corridor. No live detection service is connected yet — every number is sample data.
What this is, on purpose
Vancouver's intersection cameras and DriveBC's highway cameras both publish still images every ~4 minutes and don't record video, so that's what this app deals in honestly: live snapshots, sequenced live-image route previews, real DriveBC road-event alerts, and clearly-labeled sample analytics for the pieces (a real archive, live object detection) that aren't built yet. It does not do AI-generated video, and it never collects license plates or face data — vehicle analytics are designed to stay anonymous by type and count only, in line with BC's FIPPA.
